How do I know if my order went through?

After your order you will receive an email from us with an order number assigned to it. At that point your order is being processed.

How long does shipping take?

We generally process orders within 1-3 business days of online ordering. Many of our items are "Made to Order" and may take additional time to meet our rigid standards.

Do you ship international?

Yes, Contact Customer Service for shipping rates outside of North America.

What if an item is on back order status?

If an item is on back order we will notify you of the back ordered item immediately with an estimated time of shipping. At that time you will have the option to cancel your order for a refund, or waiting until the order is fulfilled.
